1. Admission

Admission to courses offered through Lazzaro Academy is subject to:

• Availability of seats
• Fulfilment of eligibility requirements
• Submission of required documents
• Verification of documents
• Payment of applicable fees
• Compliance with institutional admission procedures

Submission of an application alone does not guarantee admission.

Lazzaro Academy reserves the right to reject or cancel an application where false, misleading or incomplete information or documents have been submitted.

2. Course Information

Students are advised to verify all relevant course information before completing admission, including:

• Course name
• Duration
• Eligibility
• Fees
• Certification
• Examination requirements
• Class schedule
• Internship arrangements, where applicable

Course schedules, faculty allocation, examination dates and academic activities may be modified when reasonably required for academic or administrative purposes.

3. Fees and Payments

Students must pay all applicable fees according to the fee structure and payment schedule communicated at the time of admission.

Payments may be accepted through authorised online payment gateways, bank transfers, ERP payment facilities or approved offline payment methods.

Students should retain their payment receipts and transaction references.

4. Cancellation and Refund

All fees paid to Lazzaro Academy are non-refundable.

No refund request will be accepted under any circumstances, including voluntary cancellation or withdrawal of admission by the student.

All cancellations and payment-related matters are governed by the separate Cancellation & Refund Policy published on the Lazzaro Academy website.

5. Student Responsibilities

Students are expected to:

• Maintain regular attendance
• Follow academic and examination rules
• Maintain appropriate behaviour and discipline
• Pay fees within the prescribed time
• Provide accurate documents and information
• Protect their ERP/student portal login credentials
• Respect Academy property, faculty, staff and other students

Violation of institutional rules may result in disciplinary action.

6. Examination and Certification

Examinations, certification, academic verification and related services may be administered directly by Lazzaro Academy or through universities, educational boards, certification bodies or other authorised organisations.

Where services depend on an external organisation, their respective rules, schedules and procedures will apply.

7. Internship and Placement Assistance

Where internship or placement assistance is included in a programme, Lazzaro Academy will provide assistance according to the applicable course arrangements.

Placement assistance does not constitute a guarantee of employment, salary, job designation, overseas placement, visa approval or appointment by any particular employer.

Final recruitment decisions are made by the concerned employer.

8. Intellectual Property

Website content, logos, course materials, notes, photographs, videos, designs and other educational materials belonging to Lazzaro Academy or Lazzaro Education LLP may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, sold or commercially used without prior written permission.

Course materials provided to students are intended for personal educational use only.

9. Website and ERP

Users must not attempt to:

• Gain unauthorised access to the website or ERP
• Access another student's account
• Share passwords or confidential login information
• Interfere with website or ERP functionality
• Upload malicious or unlawful content
• Misuse institutional data

Lazzaro Academy may suspend or terminate access where misuse is identified.

10. Privacy

Personal information collected through admissions, the website, ERP and academic activities will be handled according to the separate Privacy Policy published by Lazzaro Academy.

11. Third-Party Services

Lazzaro Academy may use third-party services such as:

• Payment gateways
• Banks
• Universities
• Examination bodies
• Certification organisations
• ERP and software providers
• Internship and placement partners

Lazzaro Academy is not responsible for interruptions or delays caused solely by independent third-party service providers beyond its reasonable control.

12. Limitation of Liability

Lazzaro Academy will make reasonable efforts to provide accurate information and reliable academic and administrative services.

However, Lazzaro Academy shall not be responsible for delays or interruptions resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including technical failures, government directions, natural disasters or independent third-party delays.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.

13. Changes to Terms & Conditions

Lazzaro Education LLP reserves the right to revise these Terms & Conditions when reasonably necessary due to changes in academic procedures, institutional operations, technology or applicable legal requirements.

Updated Terms & Conditions will be published on the official website.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

Subject to applicable mandatory legal and consumer rights, disputes arising in connection with admission, payments, educational services, the website or ERP shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Kannur District, Kerala, India.
