Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Non-Refundable Fees

All fees paid to Lazzaro Academy are strictly non-refundable.

No refund requests will be accepted under any circumstances, including voluntary cancellation or withdrawal of admission by the student.

This applies to fees paid through online or offline payment methods.

2. Student-Initiated Cancellation

Once admission has been confirmed and payment has been made, cancellation or withdrawal by the student, parent or guardian will not entitle the student to a refund.

No refund will be provided for reasons including:

• Voluntary withdrawal from the course
• Non-attendance of classes
• Discontinuation of studies
• Change of course preference
• Personal or family circumstances
• Relocation
• Employment-related reasons
• Failure to complete the course

3. Fees Covered by this Policy

The non-refundable policy applies, where applicable, to:

• Application fees
• Registration fees
• Admission fees
• Tuition/course fees
• Examination fees
• Certification fees
• Study-material charges
• Administrative charges
• Other fees collected in connection with the course or admission

4. Third-Party Fees

Amounts already paid or payable to universities, educational boards, examination bodies, certification agencies or other external organisations are also subject to the applicable terms of those organisations and will not be refundable by Lazzaro Academy.

5. Duplicate or Erroneous Transactions

The non-refundable policy does not prevent correction of a verified duplicate payment, excess payment or erroneous transaction caused by a technical or banking error.

Such cases will be reviewed after verification of payment and transaction records.

6. Acceptance of Policy

By completing admission and making payment to Lazzaro Academy, the student, parent or guardian acknowledges and accepts this Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Students and parents are therefore advised to carefully review the selected course, eligibility, duration, fees and other admission conditions before making payment.
